5. Risk And Title

  • Transfer of Risk (Europe): In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you only when you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), have acquired physical possession of the goods.
  • Transfer of Risk (North America): For customers in the United States, risk of loss passes to the consumer upon physical delivery to the specified address.

6. Cancellations And Returns

  • Right of Withdrawal (Europe): Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us via email at filetray@pagetrayworks.com.
  • Damaged or Defective Goods: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team via email with photographic evidence of the issue.
